How to send a fax with Claude
- Ask Claude to prepare a fax upload.
- Open the secure upload link and add a PDF, PNG or JPEG (up to 10 MiB).
- Ask Claude to finalize the upload and specify the fax number.
- Confirm sending and check the delivery status in Claude.
Prepaid fax credits and Stripe payments
Pay only when needed. One fax credit permits one fax submission. Checkout is hosted by Stripe, not Claude. Your AI assistant never receives card details. There is no subscription.
Single fax: $1.99. Five-fax pack: $8.99. Ten-fax pack: $17.99. Prices shown for the English/USD checkout; German-language checkout uses EUR at the corresponding nominal prices. After connecting, ask Claude for a fax-credit purchase link. Choose 1, 5 or 10 faxes on the secure GoFaxNow page and pay through Stripe.
Privacy, support and limits
GoFaxNow processes uploaded fax documents under its Privacy Policy and Terms. Claude cannot directly transfer local file attachments to the remote connector; a separate secure upload step is required. A sent fax is not a guarantee of recipient processing. For help, visit support.

Does Claude charge my card?
No. Payments happen on Stripe-hosted checkout after you open a GoFaxNow purchase link.
Do I need a subscription?
No. You purchase prepaid fax credits when needed.
Is GoFaxNow in the official Claude directory?
Not yet. Until the directory review is complete, you can add GoFaxNow as a custom connector.
