Why send a fax from an AI assistant instead of email?
Some organizations still accept or request faxes. When fax is the right channel, you can manage the workflow from the same conversation where you prepared your document.
Do I need a fax machine?
No. GoFaxNow transmits the fax online.
How do I buy credits?
Connect GoFaxNow to a supported assistant and request a purchase link. Choose 1, 5 or 10 credits, pay on Stripe Checkout and check your balance in the chat.
Does my AI assistant see my card details?
No. Card details are entered on Stripe Checkout, not in your AI conversation.
Can a fax be sent without my confirmation?
You review the document and recipient number and explicitly approve sending.
What if the payment succeeds but credits do not appear?
Wait for the payment confirmation to be processed and check your balance again. Do not immediately purchase again; contact support with your payment receipt if the issue persists.
What if a fax fails?
Check the status in your AI assistant. A failed or uncertain delivery is not proof of receipt. Contact support before retrying if the outcome is unclear.
Can I use ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot?
Those integrations are not yet verified. The current connector is for Claude.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Fax credits are prepaid.
Can my AI assistant access files directly from my device?
No. The current workflow uses a separate secure upload link.
Does delivery mean the recipient has processed my document?
No. Delivery status is not proof that the recipient has read or processed the fax.
How are documents and payment details protected?
Documents are uploaded through a separate secure link. Payment details are entered directly on Stripe Checkout, not in the AI chat. See our privacy policy and terms.
